This can get tricky. Keep in mind to wear a lot of color, possibly a floral print would be a good idea like this dress here. Wear a pair of tights underneath which can always be a “popping” color. Add a sweater over your dress and a flower in your hair. If you prefer not to wear tights you can always wear a long dress instead.
